These terms apply to the personal use of this service. ByteSized Budget is a web service and app created by the developers of ByteSized Crew. Reference to me as the developer and publisher will be terms such as “I” or “me.” The website and app may be referred to as “the app” or “the website.” The end user of the website would be referred to as “you” or “the user.”

I recommend reading the Terms of Service before use of the ByteSized Budget application. Use of the application is bound by these Terms of Service and disagreeing with these Terms of Service mean you do not have permission to use the application.

Ownership of Content

All materials of this site are copyrighted by the owner of ByteSized Crew. Redistribution of its materials such as images and text is prohibited.

External Links and Third Party Content

This website may contain links to other websites. The terms of service, privacy policy, and other such conditions for those websites will apply. Navigate to those websites at your discretion.

Payments

ByteSized Budget is a free to use website and application with an optional purchase of a license to the premium version of the website. The third party service Stripe handles the payment processing and their terms of service and privacy policy apply.

This option was chosen because any billing information such as a debit or credit card are handled solely by their website securely.

These payments are non-refundable.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the website at any time. ByteSized Crew conversely reserves the right to remove access to the website at anytime as well.

Disclaimer

This software is provided as is and is provided without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times and I do not guarantee that it will be available indefinitely.

California Residents

Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3 specifies that California residents may report complaints to Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by contacting them at (800) 952-5210 or by writing to their address at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112 Sacramento, CA 95834.

Changes

These Terms of Service may be changed at any time. Continued use of the service implies that you agree to the revised terms. Disagreement to the revised terms effectively revokes your access to the service.
